Great app

This is such a great, free app ! So so many passwords. Dashlane makes it so easy to store them and access them. Hassle free and secure.

Dashlane review

There have been a few subtle changes since I first enrolled, but overall, I truly enjoy the peace of mind that Dashlane affords. I have a lot of passwords and it is the singular depository for them all.

Big Fan of Dashlane

I was struggling for years to keep track of about 100 passwords for work and personal uses. Then my father suggested Dashlane and the problem has been solved. As an ex-IT worker, I understand the problem with password security very well. I upgraded recently from the premium plan to the family plan to save money on the rate. If you have more than a handful of passwords to keep track of, and most people that use a computer do, you will benefit from this app.

A very mixed review...

Honestly, Mary was very pleasant and she tried to help. However, in the end, and after nearly two months of endless emails and convoluted instructions, I finally was able to resolve the problems myself. I have repeatedly said that what Dashlane lacks and is sorely in need of is telephone support, or the ability to remotely access customer computers to resolve complex problems that the average user cannot resolve. I have a string of emails that has to be in the 30-40 email range since mid-April. It had gotten so long and confusing, I could not even locate a recent email from Mary because it was buried in a barrage of lengthy emails between me, Mary, Roxanne, and I don't know who else. Again, Mary did her best, so this is no reflection on her, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the way in which Dashlane is set up to resolve technical problems. It is just unacceptable, and it is one of the main reasons that I may not renew when my subscription expires next spring. Your employees are not being provided the tools they need to resolve problems. It is simply not their fault that customer service is deficient.

Attentive and Patient customer service to resolve a most important part of my personal security of data

Peter was patient and most helpful when I went to him realizing I had one of those full day problems in technology. I've used Dashlane for more than 3 years and it keeps getting better and more helpful and secure. A great product.

I was having some problems with the… autofill was not working at all

I was having some problems with the auto fill, honestly the support I received from Dashlane, was more than excellent, really their good customer service is really appreciated

What I forget you remember!…

I always have peace of mind knowing that my passwords are safe and secure no matter white on Dashlane. As a senior with a tricky memory this is very important. Thank you Dashlane for doing all “the hard work”

I don't know any of my password anymore

Yes, I don't know any of my password, every password is automatically generated from Dashlane and I don't have to worry about leaks.
Not perfect, not always the popup appear right, but it's almost perfect.

Getting a grip on the Dashlane web application.

Dashlane on the web simply wasn’t working. I was forced to copy and paste logins from the desktop app. Eventually I asked Dashlane for help - and received it within a day or so, in the form of detailed instructions. Well, they worked. I’m now able to use the Dashlane web app, successfully so far.

Thank you for the support Dashlane team. We had a staff member leaving the organisation and were provided with great support and assistance in running through how to remove them from the organisation and also additional links just in case. We will definitely reach out again if we need a hand!
